I started this project a year ago, and now the universe is rewarding me by having my last post and reflection on Mother's Day.  I love being a mother.  I love watching my little darlings personality and sense of humor bloom, they're physical coordination solidify and their tempers rage.  Motherhood is seriously the best seat in the house. I feel like my love language is photography, as strange as that may sound.  I look at these photographs and all I see is love; love for them, love for remembering.  I am beyond happy that I started this 52 week project and I have no intention of stopping now.  Life gets busy, and you think that these miniature humans will stay miniature forever, doing their adorable miniature things and speaking in their miniature way - but they don't. So I intend to continue documenting this stage in our lives so that we can remember it ALWAYS.  That is why I fell in love with photography, so that I can fall in love with the people around me again and again.

52/52

Oh my.  You've figured out how to open the refrigerator door... things could get interesting in the next couple of weeks.  I can't get over your face though when you look inside, forget candy, all you need is a tupperware full of leftover pineapple and it's like you've just met the real Santa Claus. You've also figured out how to disrobe yourself, aaaaaand you're pretty much naked about 95% of the time, thankfully summer is on it's way, and I don't mind seeing that diapered bum running around. Goodness, life is sweet.
