43/52

You sold Girl Scout Cookies for the first time this year and you really nailed it.  I mean who wouldn't want to buy like 40 boxes from a group of girls as cute as your troop? You were also very quick to point out that the, "fin mints" were the very best and if you didn't buy a box you were basically crazy. I am truly loving this next stage of your life, sweet girl, watching you grow and interact with your friends is super amazing.

I think I've lived my whole life to watch you hold a crayon in a kindergarten program.  I grinned maybe the entire time, while you made silly faces at Daddy and Wes, sang your little heart out and weeeerked that crayon. Sometimes the amount of pride my heart can hold for you still surprises me, you are one of a kind my Lily girl.

41/52

Mismatched socks and crazy faces, you guys are total professionals at these two things. I mean, if we're being honest I'm lucky if I can ever 1. find any of your socks or 2. get you to wear/keep them on, summer really cannot come fast enough for us in the sock department, because as we all know you'd much rather those cute little piggy toes breath in the cool air - and maybe you got that from your mama. ;)

40/52

This sunshine could not have come at a better time, I'm not sure I've ever seen you guys so dang happy blinking up at that bright sky.  It's been a long winter and you both weathered it well enough but mannn was it ever nice to get outside, run and throw things - ahem, Wesley. Summer can't come soon enough for you babes.

39/52

Some day you'll both be too old for my bribing shenanigans and picture taking, but until that day I will take advantage of the power of a couple of smarties.

38/52

Where to even begin?  It seems crazy that we were just here in this magical place, a place that both of you told us we should never leave.  Surprise, surprise.  Man, did we ever see it. So many favorite moments to remember, that dreaded red-eye flight, the first experience of Splash Mountain, which we went on to experience fifty more times.  Your zeal for roller coasters, Lily, and the look on your face, Wes, when you first saw Pooh Bear & Tigger. Too many. Too many good things, but that's just the way it should be at a place like this.  Now to recuperate from all of that fun. Zzzzzzzz
