Lily, you worked really hard to make sure that Wesley was well versed in what to say at each door in order to get candy. It was pretty adorable hearing it at the breakfast table every morning in the weeks leading up to the big day. "Say it Wes, say trick-or-treat." "Trickewtweeeet!" "Good, now say thank you" "Tatuuuu!" Sadly, I'm pretty sure all of this coaching went right out of his head when he hit the doorbell, but honestly with that costume and his adorable little pumpkin bucket held out, all he needed to do was look at the person opening the door and he earned himself about three candies per house. Halloween is just so much more fun with you guys around.
